Sunday Without Eucharist |

Present Interests
Anticipating an increased shortage of Roman Catholic presbyters and an increased need for lay leadership of Sunday worship, I made a survey of practices in this regard around the world. This provided insights and specific practices that were useful in guiding this development in Canada in the 1980s. I also composed or helped to compose liturgical books for this situation, until an official, national liturgical book appeared in 1995. For a number of years I taught in this area and trained lay presiders and preachers. However, I am no longer working in this area.
